We decided this morning that there is no weather window in sight for us to travel to the Berry Islands or anywhere else for that matter. Chris Parker, Mr. Bahama weatherman, says not to plan on traveling before January 13th if then. Well okay. There are worst places to be and we know how to wait for that weather so here we are at the Blue Water Marina in Alice Town. We went to the beach and swam and played until yesterday when a Northern front blew all day and cooled down the temps. Today the wind clocked around, windy but warmer. The Berry Islands are approximately 80 miles away without a stopover, so we need the weather to stay with us. We took the dinghy to the northern portion of the channel here in Bimini where there are two anchorages this morning, but neither one appealed to us. I think we have decided to stay put and spend the money to stay at the marina. April loved the long dinghy ride! What a girl!
